CareConnect Announces Inclusion of its Applicant Tracking System in the ADP Marketplace and a New Partnership with myCNAjobs

CareConnect, LLC, a leader in homecare AI, software, and services, today announced the upcoming inclusion of Home Health Care Hire, their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) purpose-built for Home Care and Post-Acute Healthcare, in the ADP Marketplace. ADP is one of the world’s largest, most trusted and respected providers of HCM services, serving 1.1 million clients in over 140 countries. In addition, CareConnect has partnered with MissionCare Collective to integrate myCNAjobs directly into Home Health Care Hire, including use by CareConnect supporting its Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients.

The initial release, scheduled to launch in Summer 2025, will integrate CareConnect’s advanced applicant tracking, onboarding, and compliance with the ADP Workforce Now® platform. The solution is specifically designed to address and solve the hiring and retention challenges home care, home health, and post-acute care providers face daily. The inclusion of CareConnect in the ADP Marketplace builds on CareConnect’s mission to modernize the way home care and post-acute care providers attract and retain caregivers. This includes evolving compliance so it can happen at a click of a button, paired with compliance services for agencies and facilities that want help outsourcing their compliance services.
By integrating directly with the ADP Marketplace, CareConnect’s ATS gives ADP customers seamless access to a hiring and recruiting solution with single sign-on (SSO) functionality, allowing users to quickly get up and running without complex IT challenges. CareConnect’s ATS includes built-in Occupational Health features, such as pre-employment screening tools available across all fifty states that help providers accelerate hiring timelines and maintain compliance. Candidate data automatically syncs between CareConnect and ADP Workforce Now at the optimal stage in each hiring workflow, significantly reducing manual effort and eliminating costly data entry errors. This end-to-end integration simplifies the recruiting process, improves overall data accuracy, and helps agencies onboard faster, ultimately saving time and enhancing hiring outcomes.

Launch of this integration is set for early Summer 2025. This integration will also be available to all the ADP customers that we’re announcing here in tandem.
