The Home Care & Hospice Association of New Jersey is hosting this year’s Home Health Aide Recognition Day. We are happy to share that CareConnect is sponsoring and attending the event. The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, at the Sheraton Hotel in Eatontown, New Jersey from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. CareConnect is honored to support such a worthy cause!

Years of Service Awards 

• Up to 5 Years of Service 
• 5 or More Years of Service 
• 10 or More Years of Service 
• 15 or More Years of Service 
• 20 or More Years of Service 
• 25 or More Years of Service 
• 30 or More Years of Service 

Rookie of the Year Award 

• Only (1) CHHA nomination per agency office location 
• CHHA must be in practice for less than 2 years 
• Demonstrates excellence and growth in the role of a CHHA 

CHHA of the Year Award 

• Only (1) CHHA nomination per agency office location 
• Demonstrates excellence, leadership and compassion throughout their career as a CHHA 

COVID Hero CHHA of the Year Award 

• Only (1) CHHA nomination per agency office location 
• Demonstrated compassion, integrity, and reliability during the pandemic, as well as excellence in infection prevention (i.e. consider a CHHA that was assigned to a facility that cared for COVID patients, or volunteered at a vaccination or testing site, or in a role to support COVID efforts, in addition to their regular duties).
